Official Rules for Living Lchaim Podcast Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to all listeners of the Living Lchaim podcast.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.

• Employees of Living Lchaim and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, find an episode of "Inspiration for the Nation" that you love and share a link to it on your WhatsApp status, Instagram story, Twitter/X, or any other social media platform you use.

• Include a brief reason why you enjoyed that episode in your post.

• Each shared link with a reason counts as one entry.

• You are allowed up to 5 entries if you share 5 different episode links with the reasons they meant to you.

• Take a screenshot of each post and send it to our Living Lchaim WhatsApp number: 914-222-5513.

3. Entry Period:

• The giveaway is now live.

• All entries must be submitted by June 7th, 11:59 PM EST.

4. Prize:

• One (1) lucky winner will receive a $500 Amazon gift card.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on June 8th.

• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided when entering the giveaway.

6. Verification of Winner:

• The potential winner is subject to verification by Living Lchaim, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

• The potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and a publicity release, where permitted by law.

7. General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Living Lchaim, which are final and binding in all respects.

• Living Lchaim reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Official Rules or inappropriate content.

• All entries become the property of Living Lchaim and will not be acknowledged or returned.

8. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Living Lchaim’s privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• Living Lchaim is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or disruptions of any kind that may affect participation in the giveaway.

• By entering, participants release and hold harmless Living Lchaim and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt of the prize.

10. Governing Law:

• The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.

11. Publicity:

• Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Living Lchaim and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

12. Taxes:

• All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

13. Disputes:

• Any disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

• All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the giveaway, or any prize awarded, will be resolved under the laws of the state of New York, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

14. Modification of Rules:

• Living Lchaim reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time, at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of such modifications on its website.

15. Void Where Prohibited:

• The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
